Return and Refunds

At NileJewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.

Returns:

You can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email us at nilejewels.com@gmail.com with your order details.

Condition of Returns:
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with its original packaging.

Return Shipping:
Please note, while we are happy to issue a full refund for the item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Personalized Orders:
Custom items, such as personalized jewelry, are made specifically for you. Unfortunately, these items are non-refundable or exchangeable after 24 hours of purchase.

Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 3-8 days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Exchanges:
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at nilejewels.com@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number, the damaged item details, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence. We will be happy to send you a replacement.

Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please email us within 6 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed for packaging and shipping, cancellations are no longer possible.
